Old Meets New at Softpencil Studios

I found this Freebie Vintage Halloween invitation at Altered Artifacts. 

I touched it up with Copic markers...

and added some Stickles to brighten it up. Add some of Elizabeth's Halloween stickers, and I have a quick and easy invitation.  So cute!

It's Softpencil Tuesday!

I received these stickers in the mail last week from Elizabeth. They are so cute, and just perfect for Halloween. 

I needed to do a simple project....One that could be completed while in bed. I hurt my back. UGH

The heating pad and ice packs are now my new friends! LOL

The Spider web punch is MS, and the ribbon is from Michael's.

I added four stars, two on each side of the image. This was a super easy project that went together really fast. This sticker sheet also includes more Halloween images that you will love using. My First Challenge Post at ABAC!!!!

Today is my FIRST posting as a DT member of Jessica Griffin's ABAC Challenge Blog! I am so excited  and happy to be a member of this amazing team! I LOVE thinking out of the box and using paper in unexpected and creative ways.

This template is one of my favorites! It's my "Go To" for Baby showers. It's Bouncing Baby Buggy, and it's available at the My Time Made Easy Shop.

Here's a pic of the back. The image was drawn by ME! Hubs has been encouraging me to design my own images, so I decided to give it a go. I've named her "Bonnie Bear". I also made a small circle card to include with the buggy.

This is a side view. Don't you just LOVE the ribbon border! I found it at Hobby Lobby. It inspired the image that I drew.

Here is my project for the Hop. I had so much FUN making it!

This is Lil Mr. Gnomish.

  

I used the template, Lil Cupcake, from My Time Made Easy. I actually altered the top of the cupcake to make it look more like a mushroom. Don't you know that gnomes live in little mushroom houses? LOL

I also made a little mushroom house for Lil Miss Gnomish.

Here's what the backs look like and...

the fronts of the boxes with little button stepping stones. I punched holes at the top and tied them shut with ribbons.

I hope you enjoyed my projects and feel inspired to do some creating of your own! We have lots more to share along the way.
