"For the Boys" this Week at Pixie Dust Studio!

My four year old grandson LOVES fairy tales and stories! One of his
favorites is "The Gingerbread Man". I promised him that we will make
 a Gingerbread Man cake when he comes to visit, and we'll decorate
 it with candy. What fun! I made this card for him using "Sir Ginger"
 from the Goodies Collection.

The images were colored with Copics and accented with Stickles and rhinestones. I embossed CS and added a border using a MS punch. It's Sketch Week at Pixie Dust Studio!

For this week's challenge at the Pixie Dust Studio we have a sketch for you! You also have a choice of themes. You can choose "Think Pink" for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, or "Halloween". The choice is yours!

My Mom died from breast cancer twenty-six years ago. So I chose to "Think Pink" for this week's challenge. I chose "Lil' Red" from the "Goodies" collection. I colored her pink, so I guess she is "Lil' Pink" now! LOL You can find her and many more too cute for words digis at the Pixie Dust Studio. Swirly Swirls this Week at Pixie Dust Studio!

The challenge this week is "Swirly Swirls" at the Pixie Dust Studio. I used the digi image "Baker Fairy" from the new Goodies Collection. Isn't she adorable! I think she will be perfect for Christmas! I chose Christmas paper, and because I love to bake sugar cookies, I added some mini cookie cutters to the card. The cookie cutters are from "Dress It Up". I hot glued a rhinestone to a button and placed it on the swirl at the top of the card. 

Here is a closeup of the swirls. I used a Provo Craft embossing folder and then cut more swirls using my Cricut and an Accent Essentials cartridge.
