Lemon Ice Box Pie

This is one of my favorite summer time treats. I haven't made it in a while and I decided that it was time! The Cast of Characters:
1 graham cracker crust
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice (juice of 2 lemons)
lemon zest (grated rind of one lemon)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla (must be a Diva. She didn't show for photo call.)
 4 oz. Cool Whip
Vanilla Wafers

Combine condensed milk, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla in a medium bowl. Mix well until blended. Fold in Cool Whip, stirring well. Mound mixture into crust. Stand vanilla wafers along inner edge of of crust. Freeze until firm, 2-3 hours, or if it's really hot outside, overnight.
