Pixie Dust's "Cute as a Button" Challenge

This week's theme is "Cute as a Button" and the challenge is to place a BUTTON on your card or project. How easy peasy is that?

Here is my card using one of the new releases from Gnome World "Gnome is Where the Heart Is". The Gnome World collection is now available in the Pixie Dust Studio! I paper pieced Mama Gnome's dress. A MS punch was altered, and pearls were placed on top of the buttons.

I couldn't help but think of my youngest daughter when I was making this card. She is pregnant with my second grandchild, a girl! Did you spot the ladybug on this digi! Ladybugs always remind me of my daughter. They will almost magically appear around her, or even land on her when she is in difficult situations. I call them her "Guardian Angels". A ladybug seems to signify that my daughter will be kept safe and protected.
