It's a Girly, Girly Challenge this Week at Pixie Dust Studio!

It's time to use ribbons and bows on your project this week for the Girly, Girly Challenge at Pixie Dust Studio! I had a hard time choosing which Girly image to use. There are so many adorable ones available in the Studio. I finally chose "When Will my Prince Come?" from the Have a Ball Collection. I used a MS punch to make the flower borders. The flowers are actually silk flowers that I purchased on a stem. I pulled them off, colored them with a Copic marker, and then placed a rhinestone in the center.
Pixie Tip
I have a tip for you this week. Have you ever colored an image, and then couldn't find the perfect DP to match? Choosing the DP first will eliminate this problem. Then you can choose the same colors in the DP to color your image. You hardly even have to think about it! It's so much easier! That way everything can match or coordinate.

I hope you'll join us for this week's challenge! Link your project HERE. You could win a Pixie Dust image of your choice and a Pixie Star Award for your blog! There are many images to inspire you in the Pixie Dust Studio as well as fabulous creations on the blogs of our talented DT! Stop by the Studio and the DT's blogs. Their links are in my sidebar.

and I always choose my papers first. can't imagine doing it the other way... seems as if it would be so hard to find everything to match. that's just me though. ;)
