What does "Twilight" mean to you? Have you read the books or seen the movies? I LOVE the Twilight series! I've read all of the books and have seen both movies! The newest movie, "Eclipse", will be released at the end of this month. Can't wait!Twilight is a love story. Who doesn't love romance? This image is "Marry Me, Bella". Edward has just asked Bella to marry him! Will she say, "Yes"?
I printed the image on to my regular Staples double sided matte photo paper and colored it with watercolor pencils and Copics. Then I scanned it and saved it on my computer. I attached a piece of white tissue paper to plain copy paper, and printed the image on to the tissue paper. Then I cut around the image, removed the copy paper, and placed the tissue on the candle. A piece of wax paper was placed over the image, and it was heated with a heat gun. The heat gun melts the wax from the wax paper on to the tissue paper, which is then melted directly on to the candle. I punched a border with a MS lattice punch and added ribbon and a flower.
A couple of weeks ago, Kathy (Owner and Illustrator of Pixie Dust Studio) made a GORGEOUS Twilight booklet with various scenes from the books and movies. I was so enamoured by it, that I decided to make one too. It isn't finished yet, but I have a few pages completed.
This page is "Jacob's Secret". I used the digi images "Jacob" and "Wolf Jacob". The animal footprint paper is Designs by Reminisce "Safari, Wild Paw Print". The brown circles are Bo Bunny "Flutter Butter Burst". The trees and moon paper is DCWV. I found the tattoos on the web. The sentiment is from the book, New Moon.
